Job description
The program consists of functional projects that you will be assigned as an intern over a period of 1 year (February 2022 to February 2023).
In addition to completing ambitious tasks each day, you’ll receive guidance from your engagement manager on your performance through a structured plan and defined set of outcomes so you can grow both your business and your leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
We expect you to continuously strive for development and actively contribute to the company through your projects in the positions as defined below:
Marketing: Strategic Planning & Insights, Implementation & Trade Marketing & Distribution
Operations: production, logistics, purchasing
Information and Digital Technology (IDT)
HR
Requirements:
Nice to have a bachelor’s degree in:
Information Technology,
computer technology,
or any other related field
Competencies:
Dynamic, innovative, motivated and ambitious
Analytical, organizational and planning skills
NB. If you choose the Trade Marketing & Distribution, you must have a driver’s license and be agile, with a willingness to work in any location in South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe
