Main purpose of the work
The Risk Prevention Officer will be responsible for observing the risk and objectively identifying and communicating any concerns related to the risk, either verbally or in writing. The individual will be responsible for protecting Company property and personnel by maintaining a safe, risk-free and secure environment at all times.
Homework
Look precisely at the risk and identify the potential risk.
Observe and control possible risks, crimes or disorders and immediately investigate the disturbances.
Responsible for accurately and timely reporting any suspicious activity or irregularity to avoid any form of loss or damage.
Inform violators immediately of company policy and procedures and record such interaction.
Secure facilities and personnel by patrolling buildings and the perimeter at random.
Responsible for inspecting buildings, equipment and access points and reporting any observations outside the norm.
Clean the premises of any residue that is out there and dispose of in a garbage can.
Respond to the alarm reaction in a timely manner.
Accurately and timely escalate hazard observations to the right people.
Monitor access points and allow entry.
Responsible for controlling traffic by directing visitors.
Analyze security images when necessary.
Performs first aid or firefighting duties when necessary.
Accurate, detailed and timely reports of risk or potential risk.
Accurately record and report observations, incidents, irregularities, etc.
Report suspicious activity accurately and in detail.
Accurately report loss or damage.
Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with Company employees, department heads, customers, and visitors.
Responsible for attending daily roster events, including parades.
Comply with the dress code at all times.
Make sure your position is manned at all times and is not unoccupied without a reliever.
Adherence to two-way radio protocols.
