Description of the practices
The Department of Employment and Labor (Compensation Fund) would like to invite qualified applicants to apply for Development Programs (Structured Youth Development and Graduate Internship Program) for FY 2022/23.
The Development Programs are intended to provide job exposure to graduates and undergraduates for a period of twenty (24) months and applicants must be unemployed, have never participated in the Development program before, and must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Stipend: R6 174.96 per month

A recently updated full CV, as well as copies of all qualifying academic transcripts, including the Senior Certificate, identification document and a driver’s license, where applicable, must accompany a new Z83 form fully completed, initialed and signed.
Such copies do not need to be certified when applying for a position. Communication from the Department’s HR regarding certified document requirements will be limited to shortlisted candidates.
