Responsibilities:

Participate in the innovation process in the business and contribute to new innovations against the objectives.
Participation in knowledge sharing and projects to maximize the skills required for the position and relevant career exploration by executing all activities required to be efficient and successful
Manage graduate development plan by completing training assignments
Manage the postgraduate development plan to increase one’s skills and abilities by attending training.
Manage your own development to increase your own skills.
Live the values ​​of the business by demonstrating and displaying the values ​​required in the business
Required Qualifications:

Recent Graduates / Last years of University Degrees in:

Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, etc.),
actuarial Science,
Math,
statistics,
Engineering,
Marketing,
TIME,
Industrial psychology,
Information systems,
computer’s science
