Description of the practices
We have an exciting opportunity for young people to join our 18-month Graduate Development Program (GDP) in 2023 at Capitec.
You’ll get a 360° view of our business as part of your rotation program, gaining insight into how we’re making banking simpler and better for our customers. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be named a permanent member of the team that sponsored your rotation program.
What does the Postgraduate Program offer:

Structured development program, including support from external coaches and access to business mentors
Candidate Requirements:
You must be a South African citizen (10-digit SA ID number)
Must be a recent graduate or have less than 2 years of work experience
Must have a clean criminal and credit history
Availability to reside in Gauteng (Sandton/JHB) or Western Cape (Stellenbosch)
Required Education/Fields of Study:
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in the following or similar disciplines:
Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis
Math
Statistics
Finance
Accounting
actuarial science
Operative investigation
Economic Sciences
Behavioral Sciences / Behavioral Economics
marketing communications
Design (Graphic, User Experience, Web)
Engineering (for example, chemical, industrial, electrical, civil or mechatronics)
Information technology (for example, computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, or systems development)
Human Resources (eg, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Psychometrics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Anthropology, Behavioral Psychology)
