Job description
We offer a 12-month apprenticeship program where successful candidates receive classroom training combined with practical on-the-job work experience in our collections team.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, the successful applicant will also gain business, personal and technical call center skills that they can use throughout the company and throughout their career.
Call center students must:
Attend required training interventions and successfully complete competency assessments
Meet all requirements for successful completion of the Call Center Operations certificate
Submit evidence portfolio
Be an active and contributing member of the Early Stage Collections team by resolving collections questions over the phone to meet the company’s collection goals.
Role Responsibilities:
Handling both incoming and outgoing calls
To rehabilitate accounts in an efficient and professional manner
To advise customers on product, regulatory and account related questions
To achieve customer satisfaction at all times
To carry out customer instructions in an efficient and prudent manner
Carrying out administrative requirements related to customer account management
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
Be unemployed for at least 3 months (preferably your first job)
Be between the ages of 18 and 30
A positive attitude
Commitment to spend 12 months in the learning program with Tenacity
A strong work ethic
Ability to work shifts/weekends
Shouldn’t be studying at the moment – full/part time
