Work description
Responsibilities:
Increase group revenues according to specific objectives, through a proactive sales approach in cooperation with their respective Group Supervisors;
Handling of queries, information capture and assignment of requests accordingly;
Ensure a smooth flow of information and cooperation with all departments;
Receive incoming calls and assist callers and consumers with related requests;
Independently resolve sales and service related issues;
Management of administrative and special tasks when necessary;
Making outgoing calls to consumers and responding to emails;
Comply with the daily objectives and KPIs defined for each activity;
Sell accurate information over the phone and through email tools;
Adhere to all scripts and processes;
Do your research through internet searches if necessary and;
Ad hoc tasks that are requested from time to time.
Requirements
Any NQF degree level 5 or higher (required)
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Competencies
Fluency in English, both verbal and written;
Good knowledge of the computer system and standard software, including Microsoft Office;
Proven sales and customer service skills and;
Debt collection experience (advantageous)
