NWK Limited – invites unemployed youth to apply for 2022 Learnership program

Description of learning

The Learnership program is designed to enhance the skills of students who aim to pursue careers as line managers, team leaders, or supervisors in a corporate context.

Students will be exposed to the retail industry to equip them with the skills necessary to be effective supervisors.

The following scholarships are open for applications:

Generic management learning

The learning includes the following modules:
Mathematics in business;
business communications;
Leadership skills;
team building;
Troubleshooting and;
Disaster risk management.
Learnerships in business administration

organizational ethics;
performance in the workplace,
business communication,
principles of administration,
Management of service providers and
Organizational development.
NB. People involved in administration are known by terms such as secretaries, administrative assistants, administrators, and clerks.

Requirements:

A 12th grade certificate is a requirement.
Only those candidates who are not currently employed will be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates who took Computer Applications Technology in high school.
Graduates will also be considered
Assessments must be administered for selection purposes.
Duration:
1 year (practical and theoretical training will be given).
