Work description :

Midas is looking for a general worker to join the team at Elukwatini. The purpose of this position is to perform general functions such as marketing and reception, among others.

Key performance indicators will include, but are not limited to;
BINNING / RECEIVE

Ensure that incoming merchandise sorting and inventory replenishment from volume to pickup locations is performed according to standard operating procedures and requirements.
Make sure new products are assigned with bin numbers in the correct warehouse area.

Requirements:

1. Matric-
2. You must be unemployed when signing the agreement.
3. No previous work experience – Desirable
4. 18 to 35 years Make sure the containers are up to date and the stock assigned to the new container locations is reported to your manager and updated
   Assist in replenishment functions
   Make sure all incoming products are received and verified to company standards. Carry out all reasonable and legal work-related instructions given to you by your manager.
   Follow all relevant procedures to increase customer satisfaction efficiently
   Assist in stock taking procedures Make sure cleaning is done daily
   Make sure double checks are performed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and avoid loss of inventory.
   Ensure established standard operating objectives are consistently achieved SCANNER CONTROL Provide scanners to all operators on a daily basis.
   Reserve scanners in the electronic application.
   Receive scanners from operators, inspect scanner for damage, and re-reserve from stock in the electronic app.
   Report any damage to the supervisor
   Complete the Daily Scanner Problems Worksheet Please note that candidates not contacted within 2 weeks of the closing date should consider that their applications were not accepted.
