Junior IT Technician (Support Engineer)
Our company is looking for a capable and highly trained Managed IT Services Systems Engineer who is a great problem solver with approximately 5 years of experience.
The right candidate will earn the salary they deserve, so none are specified, but it is definitely industry related.
Our company is well established. We are growing and we need staff who are able to help serve our regional and national clients.
You should have a good knowledge and experience base on:
NAS / DAS devices
VOIP solutions (understanding)
Backup and connectivity solutions
Apple Mac (advantageous)
· The need to improve technical knowledge to do the job better is essential
General IT support and administrator
When working in an open-plan office, you need to be able to focus on your own work and still help another technician if you realize they are making a mistake.
Listening carefully, listening, and deciphering a customer’s explanation of a problem to make sure you fully understand the problem will be very advantageous.
Meeting customer expectations always results in a pressurized environment and therefore a strong and friendly personality will work well here.
Work hours are a standard workweek with one weekend day per month if required.
