SENIOR MANAGEMENT SECRETARY

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
Special requirements): Computer science, organization, interpersonal relationships, effective communication, mathematical skills.
Have detailed knowledge of the operation/use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point software packages
SENIOR SECRETARY GRADE II

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
Special Requirements: Computer skills, organization, interpersonal skills, effective communication, math skills, typing (take typing test).
Have detailed knowledge of the operation/use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point software packages.
You must be able to obtain a confidential security clearance within one year
HOW TO APPLY
CLOSING DATE: August 26, 2022 (Applications received after the closing date and copies sent by fax will not be considered).

NOTE: Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form Z83 (obtainable at any Department of Public Utilities office, ie from January 1, 2021 or on the DPSA website link: https:// www.dpsa.gov.za/newsroom/psvc/).
