Job description

The Clicks Group is looking for people to complete an NQF Level 2 Contact Center Learnership Program. The learning program is a work-based learning program leading to a National Certificate in Call Center Support.

The program helps prepare students for the workplace and promotes access to more employment opportunities within the Contact Center environment.

Responsibilities:

Behave as employees of the Clicks Group in accordance with the company values
Attend classroom activities and practical on-the-job training, as well as performing functions in accordance with the learning ability
Gain knowledge of the company’s products, policies and procedures to be successful in on-the-job training activities

Build an evidence portfolio for submission to SETA
Full work-based learning logs
Reach the required level in formative and summative assessments
Show commitment to work in the Contact Center environment
Demonstrate skills in using the company’s systems
Demonstrate an understanding of the operational processes
Requirements:

Completed Matric / Grade 12
Must have English as subject
Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy (preferred) as subjects
Computer literate in MS Office Suite
Unemployed and able to participate in the program for 14 months
South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35
