Job description
The BMW SA graduate program is looking for enthusiastic and talented graduates to join the group. We support our bright young talent with a collaborative, open culture where you have a voice and bring your ideas to life. The program is designed for graduate students seeking real work experience.
The program includes rotational, on-the-job training, self-study, blended learning and technical training. Candidates must go through our recruitment process to be eligible. Successful candidates will join the company for a 24-month program.
Requirements:
A university degree, preferably a B Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electromechanical).
Graduated not more than 18 months ago, or currently in the process of obtaining one
A maximum of two years of work experience before or after graduation is an advantage.
Competencies:
Strong desire to work in an automotive organization
Proven track record of academic excellence
Be a curious and enthusiastic learner
Good written and oral communication skills.
Proven analytical skills with great attention to detail
Sharp intellect, proactive, takes responsibility, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflection
