Applications from duly qualified unemployed graduates are invited to apply for the Mastercard Graduate Launch Program 2022. The program is an 18-month graduate / internship program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to build an invaluable career with Mastercard.
You will have the opportunity to work with your colleagues on various business projects that aim to provide an enhanced work experience outside of your day-to-day role. You will work with our dedicated leaders – successful managers and executives who inspire, mentor and coach others for a successful career here at Mastercard.
The Launch Program will include development opportunities such as:
learning professional skills
Rotations or business-driven experiences
Networking and professional conversations
A final culmination project
Requirements:
Licensed at:
Engineering,
analysis of data,
Business,
or equivalent grade
Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills with strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
Languages: English at a professional level.
Great interest and understanding of emerging trends in cryptocurrencies, identity management, and AI.
