Job Purpose
The Human Resources (HR) Administrator supports the team in implementing the HR strategy. This includes supporting team members with delivery of all HR services and administration of the various functions. The HR Administrator also supports and assists line managers with managing the employee lifecycle to deliver on the Bank’s ambition.
Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to
Assists the team with administration of HR activities
Willingness to be exposed to the full HR value chain, from Operations (Recruitment, Onboarding etc) to Specialized functions (Wellness, Remuneration etc)
Support and drive the attraction and recruitment of the best people for the Bank and takes ownership of all aspects of the recruitment administration function
Ensure that the Discovery culture and values are alive within the Bank and that employees are engaged
Learn about the Discovery Wellbeing offering and be an ambassador for employee wellness

Education and Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Social Sciences
No experience is required as this is an internship
Working knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word) would be an advantage
