About the Learnership

The Learnership programme at BUCO stores is designed to develop and empower young individuals by providing them with hands-on training and practical experience in a retail environment. Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the BUCO Learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be under the age of 35
• Have a valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Have little to no previous work experience
• Must not have participated in a Wholesale & Retail SETA Learnership before

Additional Skills That Will Be Advantageous

While not mandatory, the following skills and attributes will be considered an advantage:

• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
