Work description

The apprenticeship will allow people to be cross-trained so they can operate both on the sales floor and at the service desk of a retail store. Working with customers and stock will be a key focus area.

To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks, be prepared for assessments, and be competent as a cross-trained sales consultant.

what we expect from you

I work 120 hours
Learn and build knowledge.
Prepare for assessments
Help customers find merchandise.
Store merchandising according to MBP principles
Payments and purchases in the POS system
Opening of new accounts
Maintain or control stock losses
Building customer relationships
Maintain customer safety and security
Requirements / Qualifications

Grade 10
Passion for fashion and retail
