Description of the practices
As an associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping solve complex business problems from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this level of management include, but are not limited to, the following:
using strategic business consulting skills, to work with clients through all stages of strategy-driven transformation projects;
provide consultative support with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operational success;
develop insights, conduct independent analysis, and develop assumption-based recommendations as part of developing client-specific transformation strategies;
developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting with client presentations, and providing implementation assistance as needed.

Economics / Econometrics,
Environmental studies,
Finance,
Engineering,

Math,
Accounting,
Investment Management,
business Studies
Skills and competencies:
Comfortable making formal and informal presentations, both internally and externally.
Strong report writing skills are essential.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a team in a strategic consulting environment and autonomously.
Excellent communication skills.
Foreign language skills and international work experience will be advantageous.
Self-motivated and capable of developing innovative approaches to difficult problems.
Highly analytical and structured thinking (hypothesis-based analysis).
Excellent quantitative skills and high levels of attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to very varied projects and environments.
Resilience and adaptability in unfamiliar industries and roles.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
High energy level.
