Job description
Proud South Africa is inviting applications from suitable and highly driven candidates for the 12 Month Fixed Term Internship Program – 2022 in the following departments:
Marketing (ref. no. – MARK)
IT (Ref. No – IT)
Administration (Ref. No – ADMIN)
Minimum Requirements:
An entrance exam exemption.
A tertiary qualification in the relevant field./
Appropriate recognized postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Appropriate recognized postgraduate qualification.
Payroll Training with demonstrable practical experience in this position.
5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist
Minimum 3 years in a managerial position.
Extensive experience in total HR administration.
Competencies:
Computer experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The ability to interact with people at all levels, both internal and external.
Good facility and communication skills.
Able to speak, read and write English.
Good time management skills.
