Postgraduate internships of the National Heritage Council

The National Heritage Council (NHC) is implementing a graduate internship development program as part of its contribution to the skills development initiative. There are various internships available in different fields.

The Hatfield Pretoria-based National Heritage Council (NHC) is implementing a graduate internship development program as part of its contribution to the skills development initiative.

This is an 18 month program.

The following internships are available:

Financial administrator x 1 (Ref.: FM/intern/08/2022)

Requirements

Unemployed graduates who have successfully completed a three (3) year degree in the field of Accounting/Financial Management/Financial Accounting are welcome to apply
They can apply between the ages of 18 and 35.
You can apply as a South African citizen by birth.
Students who still need to complete or qualify for a National Degree or Diploma should not apply.
Applicants with 0 to 1 or more years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
Legal Officer x1 (Ref.: legal intern/08/2022)

Requirements

Law degree, paralegal certificate/diploma
NQF Level 7 equivalent or relevant
Advisors/Evaluators of Patrimonial Projects x 7 (Ref no: ProjA/intern/08/2022)

Requirements

3-year Project Management Diploma or relevant equivalent qualification
NQF Level 6
Computer Literacy: MS Office
Knowledge of a grant management system (GMS) an advantage
Knowledge of national legislation affecting disciplines or industries that fall under the mandate of the National Heritage Council
Knowledge of grant award processes (Desirable)
