Applicants will go through a selection process and will be placed in a structured learning program that includes theoretical and practical experiential learning in the workplace for a period of at least 12 months.

Upon successful completion of this training, students will have a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles.

The program develops practical competencies in sales and negotiation skills, promotional techniques, optimizing customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, working in a sales and marketing team, and legislative and compliance considerations.

Requirements

A valid manual driver’s license code 8 or 10
An active bank account and a SARS number
no experience necessary
A 3-year national diploma or a degree in sales or marketing
