PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Promote sales, reduce losses, manage inventory, manage people and control expenses to meet business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increase in sales
• Loss of stock
• Promote a low-cost business in accordance with company standards.
• Make sure administrative tasks within the store are in accordance with company standards.
• Team management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• Business-related tertiary rating would be an advantage
• Computer skills
• Strong leadership skills: provide recognition and support, provide direction and guidance, communicate and interact with service orientation.
• Management skills: planning, organization and control; Problem solving, decision making and analysis
