Increase sales by focusing on exceptional customer service and world-class store standards, store image maintenance, stock presentation, stock management, promotional implementation, and correct product pricing in accordance with our store image guidelines. price.

The purpose of this apprenticeship is to learn Retail Operations within PEP and in doing so earn an NQF Level 4 rating upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. You will also learn to work as a team, promoting sales, reducing stock losses, managing inventory, serving customers, working at the checkout, and maintaining a low-cost culture to meet business objectives.
