This Call Center position is for medical graduates who will be responsible for communicating with English-speaking patients from around the world who have particular health conditions and are interested in participating in clinical trials.

Qualifications and skills

Medical degree or diploma or a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a medical, paramedical or medical research position. Previous experience in clinical trials is an advantage.
Customer experience
Basic knowledge and understanding of chronic diseases and medications.
Neutral English accent and professional telephone manners.
Good listening skills, empathy and sensitivity in interactions with the patient.
High level of computer literacy
Clear criminal record, acceptable credit profile, and good references.
Willingness to work hours of US Central Standard Time.
Operational working hours

Monday to Friday from 2:30 p.m. M. At 12:00 a. M. (3:30 PM to 1 AM After Daylight Saving Time)
