Description of the practices

The Department wishes to invite qualified graduates to apply to participate in an Internship Program. The internship is intended to provide job exposure to graduates for a period of twenty (24) months.

Applicants must be unemployed and have never participated in an internship program before and must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

Internship Requirements:

You must have a three-year qualification in:

Administration or Public Management
Human resources management
Finance
NB. No work experience required.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Coordination skills.
Time management and be able to work under pressure.
NB. The Internship Programs will have a duration of 24 months. Placement in the organization after the program is not guaranteed.

The fully completed and signed Z83 form must be accompanied by a recently updated full CV, as well as original certified copies of all academic qualifications, including matriculation certificate, identity card and driver’s license where required, and any other relevant document. Such copies do not need to be certified when applying for a position. Communication about the requirement for certified documents will be limited to shortlisted candidates.
