Main Purpose: To ensure that all specified vehicles are in good working condition to optimise effective use at all times.

Key Performance Areas:

Do fault finding, repairs and maintenance on hydraulic mobile cranes, lattice boom crawlers, trucks, trailers, passenger busses and small vehicle fleet.

Any other job related duties as required from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

Competencies:

Punctual.

Attention to detail.

Self-motivated.

Good planning and organising skills.

High stress tolerance.

Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Preferred Requirements:

Grade 12/N3.

Qualified Diesel Mechanic.

2 Years’ relevant experience.

Sound knowledge of hydraulic and air brake systems would be advantageous.

Valid driver’s licence.

Willing to relocate to Bethal if necessary.

Candidates will be subject to a selection process.
