Clicks is inviting all unemployed youth to apply for the ongoing Pharmacists Learnership Program offered in 2021/2022.
Clicks has an exciting opportunity available to complete an Learnership Program to qualify as a Pharmacist Assistant. The position reports to the Pharmacy Manager.
Program objectives:
Successfully complete Learnership training contracts at a registered Clicks pharmacy and with an approved tutor
Attend required training interventions and successfully complete proficiency assessments.
Submit a portfolio of evidence
Provide support to the healthcare team at one of Click’s pharmacies under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice as established by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
Required qualifications
Math with a pass rate of 50% or higher OR Math literacy with a pass rate of 60% or higher
English as a first or second language with a pass rate of 50% or more
Life sciences or physical sciences with a pass

Planification and organization
Subsequent work agreement:
Successful applicants will be required to sign a subsequent employment contract and must work for Clicks as a qualified pharmaceutical assistant for a period equal to the duration of the learning period at a minimum.
