CALL CENTER CONSULTANTS

Looking for Qualified Call Center Consultants with at least 2 years of experience, to join our Tygervalley based team. The base salary, level bonus, incentives and commission will be part of the compensation package.

RESPONSIBILITIES

wine sale

create and maintain a customer database

generate cables

obtain and develop customer referrals

make sales calls to new / existing customers

ensure customer service satisfaction

maintain good customer relationships

sales activity tracking

Contribute to the team’s efforts to achieve the organization’s goals.

REQUIREMENTS

proven sales experience with contactable references

fluent Afrikaans and English
