Bryte Insurance is inviting all unemployed youth to apply for the Ongoing Learnership Program offered in 2021/2022.
The Bryte Learnership Program is offered in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority) and focuses on helping previously disadvantaged young South Africans, creating the opportunity to gain work experience in the insurance industry in the short term.
During the 12-month program, you will work towards a short-term insurance qualification FETC (Additional Education Training Certificate). As part of the learning component of the Program, you have the opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge about technical insurance and insurance systems. Additionally, you will attend sessions that focus on behavioral competencies.
Bryte managers will guide, coach and advise you, who will support you throughout the program. Our company views the Apprenticeship Program as a key economic and social enabler, as it benefits the individual, society, and the insurance industry as a whole.
