Description of the practices
Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will be:
Receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skill set
Complete internal projects to deliver results to clients and identify business improvements
In-house software training to help with project and task completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to engage and network with global business leaders
Apply health, safety and environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

1 to 2 years of experience in the field of study
Shosholoza: Graduate – B. Social Sciences / Industrial Psychology
Degree B. Social Sciences/Industrial Psychology (Hons)
1 to 2 years of experience in the field of study
Competencies:
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
The ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
The ability to think laterally and find innovative solutions to day-to-day operational problems.
Experience in an office, with plumbing or maintenance would be highly advantageous
