Work description

Responsibilities:

Call potential clients and provide them with information about what the company is about and the services provided.
Up-sell and cross-sell new products or services to existing customers.
Make sure that the appropriate information for the product or service being supported is available.
Follow up on customers who have shown interest in a particular product.
Design sales and marketing strategies aimed at meeting specific objectives.
Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain existing business and create new business opportunities and continually build good relationships with distributors.
Cold calling and onboarding of potential clients or partners
Management of Relationships with Partners and Clients.
Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
Marketing and sales,
Business Administration
Or related field
Sales consulting in a call center environment would be an added bonus along with an excellent attitude to serve customers

Computer skills (good with Excel and Word)
