Description of learning
The Youth Development Trainee role is a developmental role where the role holder will complete a formal and recorded qualification while gaining work experience.
Responsibilities:
During the period of employment, the Apprentice will be responsible for delivering tasks to execute pre-defined work objectives, such as research, analysis, administration, process work and projects that add value to the business area.
The student is expected to meet all qualification requirements.
Additional job-related training will be required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification Required – Matric / Grade 12
Any Post-Matric degree will be advantageous
Experience – None
Must be between 18 and 34 years old
