In addition, you will check containers or bags for damage. If you notice tampering, you must report it immediately to the Team Controller.

3. Note Sorting and Balancing

Next, you will sort deposits and notes within cut-off times. All rejected notes must be sent to the Reject Teller. At the same time, required documents must be attached.

Moreover, you must write client details on a board. This includes the client name, date, denominations, number of bundles, and your name. Then, you must show this board to the camera.

4. End-of-Day Reconciliation

At the end of each day, reconciliation is required. Therefore, all cash received must balance with system records. Additionally, rejected notes must be checked manually for counterfeits or damage.

If machines break down, technicians must sign the downtime register. Meanwhile, all shortages and surpluses must follow SOP guidelines.

5. Coin Processing

Apart from notes, you will also process bulk coin deposits. You must sort, verify, and balance coins per client.

Then, you will check seals and bin registers. After that, you will count and balance coin bags. If differences occur, you must report them immediately.

6. Bank System Integrated Deposits

The role also includes validating transactions linked to bank systems. Therefore, you must verify account numbers carefully. This prevents losses or incorrect postings.

If system downtime occurs, you must escalate the issue. Consequently, customers will not experience delays.

7. Payroll and Change Processing

Payroll and change transactions must follow customer SLAs. Additionally, floats must be sealed properly and packed according to client requirements.

Before dispatching, bank authorisation is required. Therefore, you must follow all procedures strictly.
