Retail Store Assistant / Cashier
The Swartland Water team is looking for a store assistant for a new store opening in Durbanville. The person ideally needs to reside in Durbanville or surrounding areas.
When you work in our store, you must:
Provide customer service that exceeds all expectations.
Refill all containers brought in by customers in an orderly and prompt manner
Make sure stock is continually being filled, wrapped, stacked and packed and the store is always fully stocked
Have knowledge of the computer / POS system and cash withdrawal procedures (but you will be trained in the details)
Requirements for the application:
Speak and understand English and Afrikaans
Matric or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Some retail sales experience
Ability to work retail hours (7 days a week)
Reliable transportation
Able to carry / pack heavy water bottles
