Description of the practices

The successful candidate will be provided with relevant skills and work experience to prepare the student for the job market, areas of development and training will include but are not limited to the following;

Responsibilities:

Includes but is not limited to

Department of support with commercial communication, in any format, as required.
Type memos and letters as needed.
Compilation of Legal Records, Risk Records and Compliance Records.
Capture of documents in the document management system and document archive.
Please ensure that the entire submission is completed within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with RBIDZ practices.
Verification of the availability of the corresponding manager.
Appointment scheduling and confirmation.
Remember the relevant parts of quotes.
Ensure relevant documentation is prepared and received prior to meetings.
Scheduling and booking flights, accommodations and car rentals as requested.
Carrying out stationery orders for the Business Unit and other requirements.
Control stationary stock levels within acceptable standards.
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Certificate of Enrollment
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or related qualification
Available for the next 24 months (Program duration: 24 months)
