Rand Water and Wastewater Treatment Apprenticeship Scholarships 2022

Rand Water is inviting all unemployed youth to apply for its 2022/2023 Water and Wastewater Treatment Apprenticeship Program.

Rand Water invites suitably qualified and previously disadvantaged individuals who are interested in joining the water industry to apply for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Process Operations Apprenticeship Program – NQF Level 2.

Requirements:

Applicants must be unemployed.
Applicants must not be registered with any institution for the qualification and not be enrolled in any Apprenticeship Programme.
Applicants must have a Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Physical Sciences
Applicants must be South African citizens and in possession of a valid SA ID
Applicants must be 30 years of age or younger.
Learning Responsibilities: As a learner, you are expected to complete your qualification in record time and in accordance with your contract agreement for the stipulated period.

Skills and competencies:

Self-motivated and results-oriented
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of the Rand Water Mandate and its contribution to the water sector
