Work description

The main objective of the position:

OVK is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Graduate to join the OVK family. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to the insurance business and work alongside our successful short-term insurance team to gain new skills and business insights.

Minimum requirements:

Selected candidates will need the following:

B.Com or B.Tech at:
Marketing/
Accounting/
Risk management:
Valid driver’s license.
Skills and competencies:

Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Computer skills (MS Office);
Strong numerical ability;
Strong organizational skills;
Must be able to thrive under pressure;
Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:

Sourcing of new business;
Keep the current business.
Program duration: 24 months
