About the Programme:
The Sales Cadet Programme is a structured training and development initiative that offers successful applicants the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience in automotive parts sales. Over the course of 24 months, cadets will undergo intensive training focused on a broad range of core areas, including product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, business communication, and more.
Cadets will be placed at Motus Aftermarket Parts branches across Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal, where they will work closely with experienced mentors and sales professionals. This real-world learning environment will allow participants to develop essential workplace competencies, build industry insight, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s sales goals.

- Duration: 24 Months
- Location: Applicants must reside in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal
- Monthly Stipend: R8,500

- Age Requirement: Open to individuals between the ages of 18 and 35
Minimum Entry Requirements:
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Hold a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Have a clear criminal record
- While previous sales experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement—a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for sales are highly valued
