A contractor company based at the Glencore Helena Mine, has the following open position:
Miner (Ref: BBTM 01).
Qualifications:
- Grade 12. * Valid blasting certificate. Skill requirements:
- A minimum 5 years mining experience in board and pillar mining and in conventional environments would be a clear advantage. * Ability to work accurately and under pressure. * Ability to function independently. * Willing to work shifts. Work Goals: * The miner will be responsible for the safe blasting of underground excavations and ensuring that production goals are met. Closing date: July 9, 2021.
