Human Resources Internship

Location: Gauteng

Fidelity ADT is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administration within a leading security services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating internal HR databases with employee information such as contact details and employment documents.
• Generate and prepare various HR-related reports for internal use.
• Support the coordination and execution of internal events, including employee engagement activities and career days.
• Aid in recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline departmental workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform general HR administration, including filing, document management, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• A qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
