Human Resources Internship

Fidelity ADT is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administration within a leading security services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating internal HR databases with employee information such as contact details and employment documents.
- Generate and prepare various HR-related reports for internal use.
- Support the coordination and execution of internal events, including employee engagement activities and career days.
- Aid in recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline departmental workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform general HR administration, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Participate in organizing and planning HR-focused events and functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support the execution of the company’s BBB-EE audit preparation.
- Assist in the rollout of organisational development and employee wellness programs.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and Transformation Executive on various ad hoc projects.
- Handle basic employee inquiries and guide them to the appropriate HR personnel for further support.
Requirements:
- A qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Fraud Examiner Internship
Location: Gauteng
Duration: 24 Months

Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Fraud Examination, Forensic Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
