FirstRand Youth Development Graduate Opportunity
This is a 12-month contract for unemployed graduates to join our FirstJob internship program.
The objective of this program is to improve the employability of the selected candidates.
Throughout the programme, the incumbent will have the opportunity to build confidence and competence in the workplace by contributing to business objectives and results.
The incumbent must successfully complete the prescribed development program.
Requirements
A recognized diploma
A recognized bachelor’s degree is advantageous
These will be compared to the business unit requirements in FirstRand
No formal (corporate) work experience Required skills include:
