Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to implement market-driven services that enhance SAB’s competitive position within the Tavern Class of Trade. By driving brand equity, increasing sales volume, expanding market share, and protecting the company’s corporate reputation, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the growth and success of SAB. Your contributions will directly impact SAB’s presence and profitability in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Learnership candidate, your role will involve a wide range of tasks, all of which are crucial to the success of the Sales and Marketing team. These include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tavern owners and customers. Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are always met.
  • Sales Development: Drive weekly customer calls to strengthen partnerships, resolve issues, and achieve sales targets. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring that customer master data is up to date and accurate.
  • Market Intelligence: Actively seek competitor insights and market trends to help position SAB’s products more effectively. Use this data to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
