About the Programme
Clicks Group, through United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD), is proud to offer a dynamic and structured Graduate Internship Programme aimed at equipping recent graduates with real-world experience within the pharmaceutical distribution sector. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to kickstart your career by gaining practical exposure and hands-on training within our Operations and Administrative departments.

Successful candidates will be based at our Lea Glen branch in Johannesburg, where they will be placed within various functional areas of the business. Interns will report directly to the relevant departmental managers and will be immersed in the day-to-day activities that drive operational excellence in the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Programme Overview
Our graduate internship is structured to help bridge the gap between academic theory and practical workplace implementation. This programme will help graduates develop professional competencies, enhance their understanding of corporate processes, and build a foundation for long-term career success within the pharmaceutical, logistics, and retail industries.

Key Focus Areas:
Interns may be placed in one or more of the following departments, depending on their area of study:

• Operations
• Supply Chain and Logistics
• Finance and Administration
• Human Resources
• Learning & Development (for HR-related qualifications)

Location: Johannesburg (Lea Glen)
Duration: 12-Month Fixed-Term Internship

Qualifications Required:
Applicants must hold a completed degree or diploma in one of the following disciplines:

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this internship opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must have a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Must possess a relevant tertiary qualification (as outlined above)
• Must not have any prior full-time work experience
• Must not be employed at the time of application
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be available to work in Johannesburg for the full duration of the internship
