Requirements:
• Must have registration
• Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Previous call center experience in the education sector will be an additional advantage.
Homework:
• Answer incoming calls and reply to customer emails.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
• Identify and escalate problems to supervisors.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
