Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess one of the following tertiary qualifications:
Diploma / Diploma in:
Human resource department,
Industrial Psychology
or a related field
NB. BASF Africa Graduate Development Program is based on the 70:20:10 model of learning and development which is based on three types of learning: hands-on and experience-based (70%), questioning and interacting with colleagues (20%). and formal classroom training (10%).
