We are looking for an energetic and presentable candidate who is looking to learn more about the world of digital marketing and who is willing to start from the bottom and work your way up.

Requirements:
· Extremely organized and willing to face new challenges.
Marketing qualification is preferable
Where there is no marketing qualification, some form of marketing experience
· Own vehicle and valid driver’s license: collect or deliver corporate gifts, etc.
Computer skills: Excel experience

Some responsibilities include:
· Set up meetings
Help with research and make proposals
Liaison with clients and business partners on ad hoc matters
Keep Excel databases up to date
Keep track of birthdays and organize gifts when needed
Ensure that relevant contracts are in force and coordinate pending ones
· Assist in monthly financial recognition before making payments
Any required ad hoc administrative functions
