Internship Fields Available

FlySafair is currently recruiting graduate interns in the following disciplines:

• Marketing – Assist in campaign planning, brand management, market research, and digital strategy execution.
• Human Resources & Communications – Gain exposure to HR operations, internal communication strategies, employee engagement, and organisational culture initiatives.
• Psychometry – Participate in psychological assessments, report writing, and the support of talent management processes.
• Procurement – Learn the ins and outs of supply chain processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
• Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management – Assist in compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and health and safety programmes.
• Software Testing – Support QA processes, perform manual and automated testing, and help improve system performance and reliability.
• Web Design – Work on user interface development, visual design, website maintenance, and digital branding initiatives.
• Asset Management – Help monitor and maintain the company’s assets, manage inventories, and support strategic planning.
• Airport Operations – Gain a behind-the-scenes look at airport logistics, passenger services, and terminal operations.
• Flight Operations – Assist in the coordination of flight scheduling, operational planning, and aviation compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will be expected to carry out the following duties during their time with FlySafair:
