Job description

The aim is to provide practical work experience to graduates who are in their final year of study and need exposure to a work environment. Successful interns are expected to complete a 12-month contract starting in January 2022 and ending in December 2022.

Responsibilities:

Key areas of learning include, but are not limited to:

General documentation and administration
Talent management
Recruitment and selection
Benefit administration
Training and development
Diversity and Inclusion
Requirements:

HR/Industrial Psychology Diploma/Diploma.
Competencies:

Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication and presentation skills.
Effective time management.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Able to work in a team
South African citizen.
Able to travel locally and have their own reliable transport
Innovative and Agile
