EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Customer service or sales experience will be an advantage.
The Call Center experience will be an advantage.
Solid knowledge of sales techniques.
Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
Advanced computer literacy in email and MS Office and Windows will be valued.
