PathCare Academy Learnings 2021/2022

PathCare Academy is inviting all unemployed youth to apply for the Ongoing Learnership Program offered in 2021/2022.

PathCare Academy invites responsible and respectable individuals who possess a well-developed work ethic and are responsive to client needs to apply for the Medical Technician Program OR Phlebotomy Learnership program starting in 2022.

The following programs are open for applications:

Phlebotomy learning

Requirements: Grade 12 approved with

Math ≥40% OR Math Literacy ≥60%
Life Sciences / Biology ≥50%
Medical Technician Student

Requirements: Grade 12 approved with

Mathematics ≥50%
Physical sciences / life sciences / biology ≥50%
Competencies:

Read, write and speak English fluently.
Read, write and understand basic Afrikaans
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Ability to work under pressure and study rigorously.
Possess a well-developed work ethic
Willing to collect and / or process blood and body products.
Ability to provide excellent service and respond to customer needs
Availability to work shifts and after hours as needed.
